I’m Alex Warner an Education Advisor and Consultant with a proven track record of leading transformation in Secondary, Further and Higher Education. I don’t just talk about change, I help make it happen: raising aspirations, driving equity, and delivering impact that lasts.

I’m not here to tinker at the edges. I’m here to make education better, braver, and fairer.

With executive leadership experience across Secondary, Further and Higher Education, I’ve shaped strategies that drive transformation at scale. As an Ofsted Inspector, a non-executive board member, and a trained strategic leader, I’ve seen what works - and I know what doesn’t.

My philosophy is simple:

Purposeful Ventures

"Leadership roles are always challenging, particularly those that involve leading a partnership like an Institute of Technology (IoT). I commissioned Alex to conduct research among a group of IoT Leads, initially to develop a ‘what works’ guide to success.
